Ordering

Minimum order amount for the first order is around EUR 1000. It is possible to order via our website after having received login details or per e-mail. Main mail address is nordal@nordal.com

Payment

 

All orders are to be paid in advance as per sent pro forma invoice. We will do our best only to add items to the pro forma invoice which will be in stock at the time of picking your order. Pls. note that small variations may occur due to sold out items or to more items being available than estimated at the time of making the pro forma invoice. Any balance amount will be in your account and can be balanced with your next order. Or any surplus transfer can be arranged to be returned to your account.

 

Warehouse

The products in the Nordal catalogue are produced in various countries as China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, France etc. We stock all products in our warehouse next to our office building in Denmark. We pack on wooden pallets; goods will be wrapped in film afterwards. Fumigated pallets if necessary.

Shipment

 

The purchase is ex works. We would like to arrange freight quotes for you, but you are free to choose your own forwarder. Pls. inform us about any max. height for pallets, for instance 160 cm for air shipments, so that we can pack your order accordingly.

 

Claims

If any items are broken at receipt, we will credit them. If it looks as if the pallets have been mishandled during transportation, pls. make a note on the delivery note before accepting the goods. It is very important in order for Nordal to have a chance to claim the transporter. We will need to have your feedback on faulty items within 8 days from receipt of your order.

For products being broken/defect/faulty after being purchased by the end consumer, we request you to pls. forward photos of the defects for our information/as documentation. We will then discuss with you about a solution that works for you/for your customer. We can arrange replacement goods to be sent with a new order or a credit note.

Back orders

 

Products in your order, which are not in stock at the time of picking your order, will be in back order unless you inform us to cancel those. You can then later add to this back order , change the quantity or cancel, as you wish. We can’t guarantee that all items are in stock at all times, since we have around 3.000 active product codes. But we will inform you about out of stock items, new stock dates and any alternatives, that could work for you.
